EFCC recovers N36m from crooks, returns to school Proprietress in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), in charge of investigating financial crimes, have returned the sum of Thirty-six Million, one Hundred and Eighty Six Thousand, Twelve Naira (N36,186,012.00) to Mrs Ifeoma Chukwuogo.

Mrs Ifeoma Chukwuogo is the Proprietress of Jephtah International School, East West road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

The amount was recovered from three suspected swindlers who diverted the said sum for their private use.

The suspects are; Cyril Ameh Idakwoji, a Staff of Access Bank Plc. who was the Account Officer of the School, Boma Obama Chisom, who posed as the Customer Relations Officer of the Bank and Aderemi Adebayo Moses, another accomplice who prints fake documents.

EFCC took to their official twitter handle to make this announcement.
